Married
On Thursday, February 21st, (1907) at 2 p.m. Mr. Philip H. Jobe and Miss E. Alice Thompson, both of this city, were united in marriage at the M.E. parsonage by Rev. A Cates, in the presence of only a few friends.
After the ceremony the bridal party returned to the home of the bride’s sister, Mrs. Scott M. Snively, and partook of a dainty breakfast awaiting their return. The groom is an enterprising young man who came to this city about two years ago.
The bride is a popular young lady of Sheridan and vicinity, where she has made her home since childhood, and the daughter of Mrs. W. Thompson of Beckton.
The newly married couple will leave in a few days for Montana where they intend making their future home.
Their many friends wish them joy in life’s journey. - A FRIEND
