To wife Rebecca BOON during her life or widowhood land and plantation "where I now live"; 4 negroes Jenny, Cloe, Andrew, Isham; 3 cows and calves, 2 feather beds and furniture, 2 sows and pigs, 1 bay mare and saddle, kitchen furniture. This to remain intact during her life or widowhood "for the support of my four youngest daughter Cely, Patsy, Nancy, Tabitha.

At her death or remarriage the executors shall sell such as shall ensure the needs of the daughters.

At wife's death or remarriage, the land and plantation and 4 negroes above to be divided equally among 3 sons Benjamin BOON, Sion BOON, Kinchen BOON. Executors to dispose of present crop in such a was as to care for wife and 4 youngest daughters.

Estate no disposed of in above provisions to be divided equally among my 8 daughter: Mary JONES, Sarah BOON, Patience BOON, Rebecca BOON, Cely BOON, Nancy BOON, Patsy BOON, Tabitha BOON, "Deducting out of Mary Jones' part fifteen pounds Virginia money." His part of his father's estate left him in Virginia he wishes divided among the 8 named daughters.

Executors: Friends George TUNSTALL, Jordan HILL; son Willis BOON.
