JOURNEY: Henry Young, in his will, mentions leaving for a long journey. He does not say where he is going. Our clue is that Daniel Doshier witnessed the will. 1830 was about the time that Daniel Dozier moved to Clark Co.,, Illinois. The other witness to his will was his daughter Julia Young who later married Richard P. Dozier and moved to Clark Co.,, Illinois. Both of these families can be found in the 1840 Census of Clark Co.,, Illinois. Richard and Daniel where brothers, sons of Revolutionary War Soldier Peter Dozier. Another brother of Richard P. and Daniel Dozier, Henry Dozier married Margaret Young a daughter of Henry Young. Peter Maxey who married Sarah Young a daughter of Henry Young was a grandson of Peter Dozier. Peter Dozier and his family lived for a short time in East Tennessee before moving to Warren Co.,, Tennessee. Daniel Dozier married Juda Maxey in Knox Co.,, Tennessee, his sister Nancy Dozier married Walter Maxey in Knox Co.,, Tennessee. Juda Maxey and Walter Maxey wer. The Dodziers east Tennessee home may have been very near where Henry Young lived in Anderson Co.,, Tennessee.assume that Henry Young returned to Warren Co.,, Tennessee near Danville (Woodbury) where he died.

"Henry Young's will is also recorded in Cannon Co.,, Tennessee February 7, 1848. I believe this to be the time of the death of his wife, Elizabeth. Elizabeth had been willed all of Henry's Estate until her remarriage or death, at which time his estate was to go to his children. Also recorded in Cannon Co.,, Tennessee are two Settlement Records for the estate of Henry Young one recorded in Book 1 on Page 92 at the December term of 1849 Co., Court. The other recorded in the same book, page #169 at the May term of 1851 Co., Court. Many deeds recorded in Cannon Co.,, Tennessee give a record of when the estate was settled."
