Stanley Common United Methodist Sunday School Register 1910
The United Methodist Church stood near the boundary of Stanley Common and Smalley Common. It was demolished in 2004 (see photographs in the Stanley Photo Album). The Derbyshire Records Office holds various records of this church (though sadly not the baptismal register), including the register of children who attended the Sunday School from 1910 onwards. I have transcribed the names from 1910 to give an idea of which families were associated with the church. Please be aware that the position of the church means that the congregation would be drawn from Smalley Common as well as Stanley Common.
