Ch1 This porch is erected to the Glory of God and in grateful and loving memory of ROBERT COSTALL; ARNOLD DAVIS; THOMAS DAVIS; WILLIAM DUROW; SAMUEL HOLLOWAY; JOSEPH WILLIAM JAMES; GEORGE HAMILTON MORGAN; ROLAND SIGLEY who gave their lives in the Great War 1914 - 18. R.I.P. (Metal tablet in porch)
Ch2 Roll of Honour 1914 - 1919 - a list of the names of all men from Stanley, Stanley Common and Smalley Common, who fought in the First World War, together with the names of their regiments. This list has been transcribed in a separate section.
Ch3 AD MAJOREM DEI GLORIAM. This font cover and ewer The lenten offering of the children of Stanley 1894. (Brass plaque on font)
Ch4 To the Glory of God and in loving memory of WILLIAM DUROW First Class Boy who lost his life in the sinking of HMS Formidable January 1st 1915 aged 18 years. R.I.P. (Brass tablet)
Ch5 In memory of RICHARD HART for 23 years Clerk of Stanley Church Died July 15th 1897 aged 72 years. (Brass tablet)
Ch6 Beneath this place lie the earthly remains of JOSEPH COXON farmer formerly of Atlow Mott in this county, who died May 31st 1829 aged 84. Also of ELIZABETH his wife who died May 27th 1836 aged 83. This tablet is erected in grateful remembrance by their son THOMAS COXON of this parish. At evening-time it shall be light. Zec. XIV.7 (Alabaster tablet on slate)
Ch7 This window was erected by F. H. BATEMAN to the Glory of God and in loving memory of her husband T. O .BATEMAN At rest Jan 14 1874. (Stained glass window)
Ch8 To the Glory of God and in loving memory of ALFRED AUGUSTUS GIBSON 15 years incumbent of this Church who died 19th November 1866. Also CAROLINE CHARLOTTE wife of the above who died 19 May 1902. "Looking for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ." TITUS 2.13 (Brass tablet)
Ch9 Here lyeth the body of Sr JOHN BENTLEY Knight when he lived of the pryory of Breadsall Parke upon his right hande lyeth his mother and on his lefte hand CHARLES ye sonne and heire of GERVAS CUTTLER Esq by ELIZABETH his wife the younger daughter of the said Sr JOHN which Sr JOHN departed this life the first of February 1621. Anno Aetatis. (Brass plaque)

This brass memorial of 1621 was removed from the floor of this church in 1961. The pulpit now covers the grave of Sir JOHN BENTLEY and his family. (Framed card)

Ch10 In affectionate memory of the Revd JOHN GODSON Vicar of this parish 1871 - 79 Born March 8th 1829 Died March 1st 1896 at Ashton Hayes Vicarage Chester. (Metal tablet)
Ch11 LUKE SCATTERGD; JNO SWINERTON; ISAAC ROWBOTTM; RICHD RICHARDN; EDWD WILLIAMS; GEOE WILLIAMS; SAML GRUNDY; WILM FLETCHER; THOS SCATTERGD; GREGY BARTON; WILLM CLARK; HUMPHREY HART; THOS BESTWICK; WILLM BOREBANK. For these singers was this seat erected. ISAAC ROWBOTTOM 1765. (Painted wooden tablet)

Ch13 To the Glory of God and in memory of EDWIN CANNER J.P. for many years Churchwarden of this parish who passed away XXVIIIth May MCMV aged LXIII years - this window is dedicated. (East window)
Ch14 In loving memory of FREDERICK CANNER died 1914 and ETHEL CANNER died 1964. (Stained glass window with picture of church)

Ch21 Near this place lie the remains of RACHEL RADFORD wife of JOHN RADFORD of Stanley Gent. who died the 13th of September 1779 aged 64. Also the remains of the said JOHN RADFORD of this place who died the 18th of April 1788 aged 75. (Slate tablet on Alabaster Monument)
