Parish of Aghaloo

The parish of Aghaloo is bounded by the following parishes in Co. Tyrone; it is bounded to the northwest by Carnteel, to northeast by Clonfeacle and south by County Monaghan.Aghaloo or Caledon St. John (Aghaloo) Church of Ireland has vestry minutes (printed) between 1691 and 1807 (D2602/1); baptisms, 1791-5 and 1800-1835; marriages 1792-5, and 1800-1832, burials 1792-5 and 1800-1839 (MIC1/326/1) have been extracted by Susan Milligan and with her permission added to this list. I have not search these or the earliest Presbyterian Church records, which only begin for Minterburn from 1829 onwards.

The Mulligan or Milligan family of Glasdrummond also appear to be related to the same persons in the Caledon Estate Records in 1761.
