Parish of Seapatrick (Banbridge)
The parish of Seapatrick is bounded on the northeast by the parish of Magherally, on the northwest by the parish of Tullylish, on the southwest by the parish of Aghaderg, and on the east and southeast respectively by the parishes of Annaclone and Garvaghy. Seapatrick parish church of Ireland has baptisms, marriages and burials from 1802 (not searched) and vestry minutes from 1802 to 1846. The Mulligans of Tullyconnaught and Ballievy served as church wardens for the parish vestry. Two church wardens were appointed each year. The surviving vestry minutes note the names of the following Mulligans appointed to serve on the vestry between 1803 and 1846.

The First Presbyterian (Non-Subscribing) Church in Banbridge was founded in 1716 from Magherally Presbyterian Church. Magherally, which was founded in 1656, is the Mother Church of Presbyterianism in the greater Banbridge district and prior to 1716; the Mulligans would have attended this congregation. Banbridge First Presbyterian Church has baptisms and marriages from 1756 to 1794 and from 1814 onwards. The gap between 1794 and 1814 is unfortunate. In 1829, the Scarva Street Presbyterian Church was formed after a split with Non-Subscribers. The early records for Scarva Street congregation are under the Non-Subscribing church. Ballydown Presbyterian Church was formed in 1796 and also has baptismal records from 1804 onwards.
