Samuel Milligan, printer of Derry

Samuel MILLIGAN, born c. 1816 in City of Londonderry, a printer, who died on 5 July, 1853. He married Margaret, born c. 1816 in same place, and died at Millbank Cottage on 29 February 1876. They are both buried in Derry Cathedral Burial Ground. Their children were:

1. James MILLIGAN, a book keeper, married Martha Rosborough and they had issue:
   
   
   1. Samuel MILLIGAN, born on 12 May, 1887, in the City of Londonderry; died on 3 August, 1965, Westport, New York. He never married, no known children.
      
      
   2. May Rosborough MILLIGAN, born on 8 May, 1892, in the City of Londonderry, died 1988 or 1991, New York, never married, no known children.
      
      
2. Catherine MILLIGAN, married John Fairly Dempster in the City of Londonderry on 30 August, 1870, only known child, Robert Nicol Dempster, born in 1872, died in Leonia, New Jersey, 1928.
