Indenture of Lease, dated 25th October, 1732, between Robert Colvill, Newtown, County Down, Esq., on the one part, and Margaret Miliken otherwise Young, Upper Ballyskeagh, parish of Newtown, County Down, Widow, on the other part. It recites a grant of land in Upper Ballyskeagh then in the possession of the said Margaret Miliken and which were lately in the possession of John Kennedy, deceased. The said lands contain 13 acres, 1 rood, 13 parches. Yearly rent amounted to �3. 7s. 11p. The term of this lease is that the property is to be held during the term of the natural lives of the said Margaret Miliken, James Miliken, aged about eleven years and Joseph Miliken, aged about seven years, two of the sons of Margaret Miliken.

It recites a grant of land in Ballyskeagh Bog for grazing containing 5 acres 0 rood 0 perch. To hold during the nature life of Adam Kennedy son of Hugh Kennedy Late of Ballyskeagh now living in the Parish of Bangor aged about forty years. Yearly rent �3 1s 6d commencing 1st November, 1762. The lease expired 1806.
