March 10, 1696: Robert Mulikin merchant in Kilmarnock who was the only executor decerned to the deceased Thomas Mulagin merchant traveller between Scotland and England his brother german wants to pursue for exhibition the compt books and payment of debts, as Thomas Mulagin had entered into a Society of Copartnership of trades and merchandising with John Thomson and Robert Allan merchant travellers between Scotland and England which continued for many years. The trade was managed and the books were kept by the said John Thomson, and the said Thomas Mulagin dying near Boystoun? Bogstoun? Baystoun? in England the March 22, 1688, the other two never made compt or reckoning with the deceased. Therefore Robert wants to see the books and they therefore are called to show them.
