I am unsure at this stage what relation Henry is
to the Charles Ardron also listed in the household. Charles could be
his nephew, being the son of Henry’s brother James Ardron II (1828 - 1902)? But why?
He married Emma Turner in the Parish Church of
Rotherham on 15 October 1861. He was a miner aged 26 and his father was a
blacksmith. Emma was aged 21 and her father George Turner, was a Wrightman.
