Josephine was born 12 Jun 1914 in McMechan, Marshall, WV.⁽⁴⁾ Josephine was the daughter of Otto Adolph Miller and Anna (Annie) Margaret Miller. Josephine died 12 May 1980 in Glen Dale, Marshall, WV, at 65 years of age.⁽⁵⁾ Her body was interred 16 May 1980 in Wheeling, Ohio, WV, Greenwood Cemetery.⁽⁶⁾
