Henry Kirby Hart,age 81 of Winchester, TN died March 13 at Beverly Healthcare. He was born in Franklin County and worked as an analyst with ARO. He was a member of the Methodist Church and Masonic Lodge 158 in Winchester. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, having served in WWII.
He is survived by wife Bethel Hart of Winchester, daughter Joy La Nell Arnold of Huntsville, Ala., son Wayne Hart of Winchester, brother Sam Hart of Tucker, GA., sister Dolly Hill of Ringgold, GA., five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Service was March 14 at Moore-Cortner Chapel with Rev. Tim Brown officiating. Interment was in Franklin Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were Mike Bell, Brad Bell, Jack Bell, Robert Rogers, Bill Anderton and Marion Anderton. Moore-Cortner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements..

Mrs. Kate Frank Carlock, formerly of Winchester, died Monday in a Chattanooga nursing home. She was 83. Funeral services were held at Chattanooga Funeral Home. Burial was in Mt. Garner Cemetery in Decherd.
Mrs. Carlock formerly was employed by the Provident Life and Accident Insurance Co. Mrs. Carlock was a member of First Baptist Church in Winchester. No members of her immediate family survive.
