"Pe Ell, Feb. 22nd, 1949 -

Death came in a Chehalis hospital today to Mrs. Thomas David (Nancy Ann) Rhea, 77, resident of Pe Ell 25 years, and following a long illness. She was born October 29th, 1871 at Mount Vernon, Mo. Surviving Mrs. Rhea, in addition to her husband, are seven children, six grandchildren, and a great grandchild. The children are:

Clyde Rhea - Hartville, MO; William - South Bend; Thomas B. - Hartford, CT.; Mrs. Beulah Flood - Ponce De Leon, MO.; Mrs. Eula Lohff, Chehalis, WA; Mrs. Alma Waters - Forest Grove, OR; Mrs. Alpha Carlson - Elma, WA. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Newell-Hoerling's in Centralia. The Rev. H. B. Thomas of Toledo will officiate and interment will be at Claquato."

Clyde Rhea of the Odin community died at 5:30 a.m. yesterday in Winters Veterans Hospital in Topeka, Kan. after he suffered an apparent heart attack at his home Tuesday. He was a veteran of World War I.

Survivors include his wife, Gladys; one son, Billy Pyatt of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Wilda Donley and Mrs. Mari Anna Newton; two brothers, William of South Bend, Wash., and T. B. of Hartford, Conn.; and four sisters, Mrs. Eula Lohff of Toledo, Wash., Mrs. Beulah Flood of Ponce de Leon, Mrs. Alpha Carlson of Elma, Wash., and Mrs. Alma Cox of Orchards, Wash.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Mt. Zion Church west of Hartville with burial in the church cemetery under the direction of Simpson.
