In the name of God Amen. I John KESTERSON of Island Creek Twp of Jefferson Co and state of OH being weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory thanks be almighty God for the same, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say. First I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Kesterson all my houses and lands, cows and horses and chattle, property of eveyr kind whatever, that is to say my entire property of every kind whatever. Also all my money that I have or any due to me. I do also give and bequeath to my oldest son Benjamiin, my second son Silvanus Welch, my third son Hazzard Kesterson and my fourth son Willis Kesterson the sum of one dollar each and no more if demanded. I also give and bequeath to my oldest daughter Nancy Kesterson, mysecond daughter Jenny Kesterson, my youngest daughter Sarah the sum of one dollar and no more if demanded. Which said several ?? I order to be paid to the said respective legatee within six months after my decease if demanded by them the said legatees. I hereby appoint Benjamin Mairs of Island Creek Township Jefferson County State of Ohio and my beloved wife my executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoling all former wills made by me.
