The first and last will and testament of L C Kesterson widow of Thomas Kesterson decd. All of my personal and Real Estate it being my separate Estate made this May the 9th 1902. in the presense of the undersigned and witnesses and acknowledged in their presence.

1. I bequeath to my son J T Z Kesterson all of my Real Estate one tract at the lower end of the place known as the Bill Hurley tract and one tract on the upper end of my place that I heired from my fathers estate and my new wagon, one barrow, one bed featherbed and necessary bed clothing andpillows, six chairs.

2. I bequeath to my son J A Kesterson one bed feather and necessary bed clothing and two pillows, one red sow and one little male cow black one, and one third interest my pigs and there chairs and twenty five dollars in each.

3. I bequeath to my daughter Emaline Strand/Stroud one bed featherbed and necessary bed clothing with two pillows, three chairs, one sewing machine, one small red heifer and two hogs.

4. I bequeath to my daughter Sally Ann Holt one dollar in cash to be paid by my executor

5. I bequeath to my daughter Jane Kirk one dollar in cash to be paid by my executor

6. I bequeath to my daughter M F Kirk one dollar in cash to be paid by my executor

7. I bequeath to my daughter Nancy L Jones or heirs one dollar to be paid by my executor

8. F---- L Kirk one dollar in each to be paid by my executor and one little table

9. I bequeath to my son J L T Kesterson all of the house hold and kitchen furniture and all --- that is not named in this will and all meat, lard, wheat, flour, corn that is on hand and all gifts that I made to my children before the date of this will is not be be reclaimed by anyone. I consider them to have them regardless of this will, and I appoint for my executor John E Wisecarver to --- up my estate and comply with the contents of this will ..

Louisa Caroline Hurley was the daughter of Zachariah & Sarah Ann (Courtney) Hurley. She married John "Thomas" Kesterson 1 December 1853 who died 16 February 1874.
