Mary S. Kesterson Guardian
Know all men by these presents that we Mary S. Kesterson, principal and A.J. Kinsor and J. F. Pangle as security are bound unto D.L. Luce Clerk of the District Court first of the county aforesaid in the amount of five hudnred dollars conditional that the said Mary S. Kesterson will faithfully discharge the duties of guardian of the estate of Joseph Kesterson, Thomas Kesterson and Sallie C. Kesterson minor heirs of Patrick Kesterson deceased late of Greene County Tennesee.
Witness our hand this the 18th day of January 1875.

DISTRICT COURT BURNET CO TEXAS In Vacation
Whereas application having been made to the District Clerk of said County by Mary S. Kesterson for letters of Guardianship of the Estates of the Minor heirs of patrick Kesterson decd. late of Greene County Tennessee to wit - Joseph Kesterson, Thomas Kesterson adn Sallie E. Kesterson, and it appearing satisfactorily that due notice had been given for the time prescribed by law.
It is therefore ordered that guardinaship be granted upon the Estates of Thomas Kesterson, Joseph Kesteron and Sallie E. Kesterson and that Mary S. Kesterson receive letters of guardinaship thereon upon filing a bond with one or more sureties in the sun of five hundred dollars and taking the oath prescribed by law on or before the 27th day of January 1875.

The bond of Mary S. Kesterson as guardian of the estates of Thomas Kesterson, Joseph Kesterson and sallie C. Kesterson minor heirs of Patrick Kesterson decd. having been the oath prescribed by law. It is ordered that Lettes of Guardianship on said Estates be issued to the said Mary S. Kesterson ..
