Lavonne was one of my best customers. She runs a home based business consisting of Cakes, Cookies, Candies, Preserves and other painfully delicious creations. Every year you can depend on Lavonne to take home most of the Blue Ribbons from our local County Fair for all her delightful temptations. Her home reflects her business and is full of her Victorian Doll Creations and Collectibles. The Dolls that live in Lavonne's home are truly blessed. They romp freely through her rooms and are a delight to her guests and customers.
I take great pleasure in playing a small part in her decorations.
The first Doll I ever dressed for Lavonne was this little beauty. She is all done up in a Soft, Baby Blue, Tiered, Floor Length dress. This Lady is now decked out in a new Blonde Ringlet Wig and brand new White Shoes just peeking out from under the dress.
Our next creation is also decked out in a new Blonde Ringlet Wig and New Shoes. She is wearing a Black Velvet, Heavy, Green Satin, trimmed in Velvet, Floor length dress. Her undies are also in Green Satin. She is wearing a Gold Chain and Cameo to complete the outfit.
The next little sweetheart is wearing her brand new "Country" outfit which includes a knee length dress covered with a playful little pinafore. Her long blonde curls & ringlets have a reddish tint that highlight her pretty little face. All new Socks and Shoes complete the outfit.
This little dark haired lady is wearing her new Satin Burgundy, Floor Length Dress, overlaid with four tiers of lace. Loose flowing lace cover the Sleeves. Double ribbons form the belt and her hat is decorated to match the dress with Satin and Lace.
This little lady has a beautiful new fully curled wig tied into fluffy pony tails. Her floor length dress and playful pinafore are done in 100% cotton with lace trim. She is ready for a relaxing day at home or maybe she'll help Lavonne in the kitchen.
Christmas is complete now.All ready for the party, dressed in a Red Satin Plaid, Floor Length Gown with Lace Trim. The New Wig is Lavonnes favorite - Blonde Curls and the undies are done in Red Satin with lace.
Pretty as a picture in her new Floor Length, Blue Satin and Lace Dress. Pantaloons are done in White Cotton with Lace and her new Black Shoes are just right. The Long Blonde Ringlets are new and she's all set - ready and waiting to receive her guests.
Another Floor Length Party Dress. This one done in Satin Burgundy with four tiers of ruffles and lace. The Sleeves are decorated with lace and the square neckline completes the outfit. New Blonde curls frame her beautiful face.
New Long Blonde Curls on the most perfect face. Her Golden Satin, Floor Length, Full Skirted Dress is a vision of shimmer and light. The White Lace and Ruffles enhance the dress to perfection. She's going to a dance and will surely be the prettiest girl there.
Easter is here and she is ready to go to Church. All decked out in her new Yellow Satin, Floor Length Dress that is just perfect and this most glorious and warm day. Her hair is tied back with Yellow and White Satin Ribbons as she bends to smell her new bouquet.
Sitting at her feet and waiting to be picked up is her "Little Girl". She too is dressed in Yellow Satin just like Mom and her hair is tied in the same Yellow and White Satin Ribbons. They are going to have such a great time today..
