15. ALFRED W.4 WHITTEN (ALFRED3, JOHN2, CHARLES1) was born March 19, 1858 in Texas. He married MARTHA ANN "MATTIE" PARK February 20, 1879 in Madison Co., Texas, daughter of WILLIAM PARK and NANCY GRIFFIN. She was born April 1, 1863, and died September 21, 1887.
