William married Dorcas Berry, daughter of Marcelles A. Berry and Marcilla
Moore, about 1870.  Dorcas was born on 23 Mar 1849 in Ellijay, Gilmer
County, Georgia.  She died on 3 Jul 1928 in Blue Ridge, Fannin County, Georgia
at age 79.  She was buried at Buckhorn Cemetery in
Gilmer County, Georgia.
