1. William Monroe Watson, son of Adam Hyder Watson and Catherine Hughes, was born
on 15 Dec 1814 in Haywood County, North Carolina. He died on 23 Aug 1881
in Blue Ridge, Fannin County, Georgia at age 66. He was buried at
Salem #2 Missionary Baptist Church in Fannin County, Georgia.

William married Lucinda McDowell, daughter of Daniel McDowell and _________ , on
18 Feb 1836 in Macon County, North Carolina. Lucinda was born on 25 Dec 1818.
She died on 2 Aug 1902 in Blue Ridge, Fannin County, Georgia at age 83. She
was buried at Salem #2 Missionary Baptist Church in
Fannin County, Georgia.

2 M i.	William Brownlow Watson was born about 1837 in Monroe County, Tennessee. He died in
	1863 in Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee about age 26.

3 M ii.	John I. Watson was born in 1839.

4 M iii.	Joseph Monroe Watson was born on 12 Dec 1841. He died on 14 Feb 1919 in Culberson,
	Cherokee County, North Carolina at age 77.

5 M iv.	James N. Watson was born on 29 Apr 1844. He died on 3 Jan 1884 in Sweet Gum, Fannin
	County, Georgia at age 39.

6 F v.	Flora Angeline Watson was born on 12 Apr 1847 in North Carolina. She died on 10 Mar 1923
	in Fannin County, Georgia at age 75. She was buried at Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery
	in Blue Ridge, Fannin County, Georgia.

7 M vi.	Daniel McDowell Watson was born on 9 Sep 1849 in Hothouse District, Cherokee County,
	North Carolina. He died in 1918 in Hothouse District, Cherokee County, North Carolina at
	age 69.

8 F vii.	Malissa Amanda Watson was born about 1858 in Cherokee County, North Carolina. She
	died between 1940 and 1950 in Turley, Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

9 M viii.	Thomas J. Watson was born on 8 Sep 1860 in Hothouse District, Cherokee County, North

Second Generation

6. Flora Angeline Watson was born on 12 Apr 1847 in North Carolina. She died
on 10 Mar 1923 in Blue Ridge, Fannin County, Georgia at age 75. She was
buried at Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery in
Fannin County, Georgia.

Flora married Jehu Mercer Thomas, son of George Arterbury Thomas and Sarah C.
Fain, on 8 Mar 1868 in Blue Ridge, Fannin County, Georgia. Jehu was born
on 3 Aug 1845 in Georgia. He died on 4 Jan 1918 in Blue Ridge, Fannin
County, Georgia at age 72. He was buried at Lebanon Baptist
Church Cemetery in Fannin County, Georgia.
