If it's not there go to : The Court Service A postal search service is available for post 1858 wills. A fee of 5 pounds is charged per search. Pre 1858 wills are also available through a separate postal service. Cheques drawn on foreign banks are not accepted. We suggest you obtain a bank draft. You must be able to give full name, date of death within 5 years and the deceased's place of residence.The Mormon's Genealogical Library : A massive collection of genealogical books and reference material.
