My mother was adopted by James and Neva Thompson. They were good, kind, smart, and sensitive people, and the very best grandparents I could ask for. Most people only get two sets of grandparents, I feel very fortunate to have been given three. The only problem is that in genealogy, since you are tracing your blood lines, you can only really acknowledge your biological lines. So, until someone comes up with a clever program that will list me as a grandchild of six people, I will have to stick to biology. But I do love all six of my grandparents.
