claims of the said George W. Hoomes or any person claiming by
through or under him- and after the death of the said Susan
Placette Trusties are to hold said property for the benefit of such
of children by the said George w. Hoomes as may be then being in
such manner as the said Susan Placette by instrument of writing
executed by her shall appoint, or if she should fail to execute any
such instrument of writing, then to divide said property & estate
equally among them as they may arrive at age or marry.- It is also
understood & declared that if the said Susan Placette should wish
all or part of the trust subject hereby conveyed, sold and this
property purchased It shall be the duty of the said Trusties to sell
all or such part of the trust subject hereby conveyed as she may
wish, & the proceeds property or estate subject however to the
same trusts and upon the same conditions as the property &
estates in this deed is conveyed.- and further if the said
judgements and debts should be paid off and discharged without a
sale being made, then all the property & estate hereby conveyed
to be held by the said trusties for the benefit of the said Susan
Placette & her children as above set forth: & should any of the
children of the said George W. & Susan Placette die-'AR.lWr,
Llf!/.' issue then such child or children to receive such part of the
trust subject before mentioned as his or her or their deceased
parent would have been entitled to receive In testimony ahereof
the said parties of the first and second part have hereunto set their
