In the name of God Amen, I Catherine Wissinger being sick in body and weak of body, but of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my Last Will and Testament , first I recommend my soul to Almighty God, and my body to the Earth, as to my worldly Estate I give and bequeth as follows. First I order that my just debts shall be paid and my funeral charges. Secondly, I give and bequeth unto my Daughter Catharine my bed and worsted (?) and my sadle and I shovel and tongs and duch oven and pewter ?? and an iron pot. It is my Will and I do order that all the remaining part of my goods and chattle shall be equally divided between my daughters Barbary and Catherine. I do hereby acknowledge and confirm the above to be my last Will and Testament , in ?? where unto I have set my hand and condition seal this fifth day of September, 1793, before the subscribing witnesses.

Then came Jacob Gitzendanner and William Tokans two of the subscribing witness to the aforegoing last Will and Testament of Catharine Wissinger late of Frederick County deceased, and made oath on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that they did see the Testator, therein named sign and seal this Will, that they heard her publish pronounce, and declare the same to be her last Will and Testament, that at the time of her so doing she was to the best of their apprehensions of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, that they respectively subscribed their names as Witnesses to this Will in the presence and at the request of the Testator that they ?? ?? other subscribing Witness sign his name as ?? this Will in the presence and request of the Testator and all in presence of each other.
