"Mr George Yelland Brennell St Stephens Enumerator Emumeration District of the Parish of St Stephens comprises that part of the Parish of St Stephens laying within and inclusive of the North or left hand side of the road leading from Foxhole corner to Newgate or Trudgeon's shop from thence to my lord's corner by the boundaries of St Mewan St Austell and Roche and from thence back to Foxhole including all houses on the left this includes Gubb's, Carpalla, Newyeord, Hammer's, Tillers, Back Newgate, Halvigan, Noppies, Middle Hill, and Hornick".
