Family History Center Microfilm Number 0221060, pages 184 to 289, contains the 1851 Census for St. Stephen In Brannel, Cornwall, England. The census enumerator left a household schedule with each home in his district. Households were to list those present in the house during the night of the 30th March, 1851. The next morning the enumerator collected the schedules and recopied the information into his enumeration book. The enumerator then turned the schedules and his book over to the Registrar who double checked the records and then forwarded them on to the Census Office in London.
