Last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Hicks SMITH wife of John Ball SMITH of Ventonwyn in the parish of St Stephens in Brannel, Yeoman. Indentures released 1840 and 1846.

Item / To my daughter Mary Matilda SMITH during her life if she continues to be single. �5 out of my Estate, except the Dwelling House devised to my son George Williams SMITH. To George the house and garden situated in Mevagissey in occupation of Elizabeth the widow of Thomas BALL and Elizabeth the widow of the late Mr. FARRON

Item/ To my son John Ball SMITH all the remainder of several Mevagissey dwellings, messuages, dwelling houses, cellars, gardens, and fields under the trustees of Robert SCANTLEbury of Mevagissey, Draper and William MARTYN of Ruan, Merchant for my daughter Elizabeth Ann wife of Harrison RHODES.

Item/ I give unto the present trustee Henry Lewarne of Saint Austell, Currier and Philip WHEELER of St Austell, Gentleman and my brother in law Peter Rickard GORAN, Merchant. [Item?] All that 1/3 part of messuages, lands, tenements called Ventonwyn and Dowgas in St Stephens and my lands called Trewennow (Moor) in Creed (except the mineral rights and underground ).

Made 30 September 1855.

Witnesses Robert BISHOP Attorney at Law, Fowey and Samuel CLYMA, Servant with Mr. SMITH.

Proved 10 June 1856 before John WALLIS Clerk
