TRUSCOTT WILL

This is the last Will and Testament of William Truscott of the Parish of St Stephens in Brannell in the County of Cornwall being at this time of sound mind and memory thanks be to God for the same.

First I give unto my Daughter Mary JENKIN one shilling-

Also to my Daughter Joanna TRUSCOTT one shilling-

Also to my Daughter Ann YELLAND one shilling- to be paid by my Executors hereafter named-

All the remainder of my goods Chattles and Effects- Moveable or immovable of what sort or nature -ever I may die possessed of. I hereby give and Bequeath unto my Son (James TRUSCOTT and my Daughters Catherine and Betty TRUSCOTT Whom I make and ordain to be my whole and sole Executors) and they are to share alike of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me in witness hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of August One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Five.

Signed sealed and delivered in the presence of us John ELLIS and Charles CROWLE.

Probate: St Stephens in Br. 13th June 1837. The Will of William TRUSCOTT Yeoman, deceased, proved in common before Jno Nallis (?N) Jnr. Clerk Sunsgate And Administration of all and sungular the goods of the deced. And anyway concering his Will granted to James TRUSCOTT, Son, and Betty BODY wife of Saml. BODY, daughter of the deced. Two of the Extrs. Reservation to Catherine TRUSCOTT of the same parish the Exetrix. Effect under �450.

Died 15th April 1837.
