A Little about Me

I am a 43 year old wife and mother of four wonderful daughters. I am a graduate of Wayne State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and President of Golden Gate Services, Inc.. I am also a grandmother!

As for the genealogy part, I got started with my family history in 8th grade as a school assignment. I have been involved in genealogy ever since! I am a member of the New England Historical and Genealogical Society (as were several of my ancestors!) and the National Genealogical Society (N.G.S.), a former HOST for Genealogy Forum.com, which was the Genealogy Forum of America Online until August 15, 2003. I continue to serve as their webmaster. I am also list-manager for two surname discussion lists (DANFORTH-L and FISKE-L) and county coordinator of two USGenWeb County pages (Bristol and Providence, RI).

This was taken at the NGS Conference in Providence, RI June, 2000 Pictured with me are former Genealogy Forum volunteers GFS Pilgrim (seated front right) and GFS LynnB (behind Pilgrim) with one of our chat attendees (AND my cuzzie) AileenFB.

As you can see, I keep myself pretty busy. That's why all these links are not up yet. If you're in a hurry, please feel free to email me! Otherwise, I promise to get these up as fast as I can.

I was trying something different using .rtf files instead of HTML files to upload the data quicker, but I found that the larger files did not want to load. Fortunately FTM solved this problem for me! They have created a PDF Output option in their newest release. Thanks Family TreeMaker!

Ahnantafel Charts

Let's start with some ahnantafel charts, they show more of our direct lines, but take fewer links to create (SOME OF THESE ARE LARGE FILES...The HTML files take longer to code so will be updated less often). Some of mine are thirty generations.
