The two Bragg DNA participants are indeed related! These two gentleman live in different parts of the USA and have never met. With the power of the Y-chromosone DNA test, it has been proven that they are definitely related and are part of the same Bragg family tree.
To protect their privacy, we will identify them by their kit numbers. Kit #28095 is a direct descendant of Joseph Bragg Sr. and Judith Adkins (of Virginia) and is possibly a direct descendant of Joseph Bragg Sr. and Mary Settle (of Virginia).
Kit number #26100 can trace his Bragg line to Dozier Bragg and Peggy Bussey (originally from Virginia and migrated to Tennessee). Some researchers believe that Dozier Bragg is a descendant of Joseph Bragg Sr. and Mary Settle.
