The Grantor Charles T. Morlock party of the first part of the County of St. Clair and State of Illinois for and in consideration of Five thousand dollars in hand paid convey and warrant to Anna Christine Morlock party of the second part, of the County of St. Clair and State of Illinois the following described Real Estate The undivided one half part of the store house and all my interest in the store goods of whatsoever ____ ____ the storehouse is build on the following lots Lots # 13, 14, and 15 in Block 3 in the town of Darmstadt situated in the county of St. Clair and State of Illinois thereby releasing and waiving all rights ___ and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption laws of this state.

I Conrad Burgard Justice of the Peace in and for said St. Clair County in the state aforesaid do hereby certify that Charles T. Morlock is personally known to me to be the same person whose name is inscribed to the foregoing instrument appeared before me this day in person and acknowledged that he signed sealed and delivered the said instrument in _____ as his free and voluntary act for the uses and purpose therein set forth including the ___ and waive of the right of homestead ____ under my hand and seal this sixth day of September A.
