To Sarum IId. To Salisbury, 2 pence.
To pish church of Comner Vis. Viiid. To parish church of Cumnor, 6 shillings 8 pence.
To ye power people of Comner and ye pishe XXs the one haulfe to bestowed to ye power at my buryall and ye other parte ye tyme twell month after. To the poor people of Cumnor and the parish, 20 shillings, the one half to [be] bestowed to the poor at my burial and the other part the time “twell” (twelve?) month[s] after.
To ye parishe churche of Whitechurche iiis iiiid. To the parish church of Whitechurch, 3 shillings,  4  pence.
To five power people of Whitechurch xxd To five poor people of Whitechurch, 20 pence.

To my syster Dorythe Xls whereof xxxs. Shale receve of one John Daye of Els Fylde in the county of Oxford. To my sister Dorothy, 10 pounds whereof 30 shillings shall [be] receive[d] of one John Dae of Els Fylde in the county of Oxford.
Item.  She shall receve of Myles Austen vis iiiid dwelling in Oxford Item.  She shall receive of Myles Austen 6 shilling 4 pence dwelling in Oxford.
Item.  She shall receive more of Wyllyam Ruffyn of Comner vis iiiid and for a lowanc for takynge of yt xls vd of these debtors iis. viid. Item.  She shall receive more of William Ruffn of Cumnor, 6 shillings 4 pence and for a “lowanc” for taking of it 40 shillings 5 pence of these debtors  2 shillings 7 pence.
Item. I gyve to my syster Marye iiil, whereof she hath receved xxxis. And ye other xxix she to have within syxe months after my decease. Item.  I give to my sister Mary 3 pouns, wherof she hath received 31 shillings, and the other 29 she to have within six months after my decease.
Item.  I gyve to my syster Joane thre beastes, wherof one a brynded heffer the other a browne heffer wth a white flanke and ye other a steare bullocke. Item.  I give to my sister Joane three beasts, whereof one a brynded heifer the other a brown e heifer with a white flank and the other a steer bullock..
Item.  I will yt my ffather shale have the use of the brynded heffer until she shale have need to use her for her comoditie and she to have all ye caulfes to her use savinge ye first caulfe. Item.  I will that my Father shall have the use of the brynded heifer until she shall have need to use her for her commodity and she to have all the calves to her use saving the first calf.
Item.  I gyve to her more one shepe and one cofer with two lockes and all yt is in it.  Item.  I give to her more one sheep and one coffer with two locks and all that is in it.
To my brother Thomas Buckner VIIli to be payd wthin two yeares after my ffathers dycscease. To my brother Thomas Buckner, 7 pounds to be paid within two years after my Fathers decease.
Item.  I appoint hym xxs more to be paid wthin syxe months after my dycease. Item.  I appoint him 20 shillings more to be paid within six months after my decease.
Item.  I gyve to my mother in lawes children XLs to be at my fathers dysposinge. Item.  I give to my mother-in-law’s children 40 shillings to be at my  fathers disposing.
Item.  to John Bryet my godson one sacke clothe dublet and a payer of medly hose. Item.  to John Bryet (Bryant?), my godson one sack cloth doublet and a pair of medly hose.
Item.  to Henry Bryant one caulffeskyne dublet. Item.  to Henry Bryant one calfskin doublet.
