In some information John Hansen sent to me,
he says that Thomas who married Dorothy Anne and farmed at
Whitley has a son Thomas, born c 1560 and died 14 Nov 1630 and
that this Thomas had a son, Leonard, born 4 June 1598 and
perhaps this Leonard moved to Brampton.
In Virginia Gleanings in England by
Lothop Withington, the following is on page 517.
Leonard Buckner, Cittizen and Apothecary of
the parish of St. Ann Blackfryers, London. Dated 6 Nov 1656;
proved 23 Dec 1656.
To be interred in the Vault of the church of
St. Anne, Blackfryers, wherein my wife lyeth. To my sonne,
Anthonie, 5 pounds and to his eldes sonne, 5 pounds. To my
sonne Thomas, 10 pounds. To my sonne Leonard, 40 poounds.
to mary, my only daughter 100 pounds and a trunk of linnen marked
N. P. To my sonne John, 10 pounds, and to my sonnes William
& Edward, 40 pounds each. To my friend Doctor Nurse, 40s.

That John Wildman of the city of
Westminster, Esq., wns desired to undertake to be Executor with
the said Mr. Oley instead of Henry Aldrich*, Gent and Roland
Aldrich*, Gent and his name was inserted by the consent of the
Testator.
Proved 23 Dec by John Wildman one of the
executors named, power reserved to Barnaby Oley, the other
executors named.
