	KATHERYN ARVILLA HOGUE Senate, T. N. T., T-Club, Basketball, School Life. Church work is both Arvilla's hobby and profession. She is a leader in Endeavor and young people's work. She is a prominent journalist having been business manager of School Life and managing editor of a church paper. Some of her hobbies are "raising cain" and "teasing teachers." Bitter Truth: She is fond of losing fountain pens.
	EARL DAVIES A Willys-Knight dashes by, a blond-headed gentleman is herding the said conveyor and we recognize Earl Davies, maintaining the speed that is manifest on the gridiron. Earl's main pastime is shuffling groceries in his dad's store, and in the future he hopes to build up his business even so far as to surpass Piggly Wiggly. Bitter Truth: He has ample opportunity to spill the beans.
	BERNICE CHANEY T. N. T. Bernice is firmly convinced that small stature is no excuse for being undignified. Acting on this conviction, she avoids being taken for a first-yearman. She spends her time after school attending movie thrillers and preparing high-powered oral themes. Bitter Truth: She doesn't love History VI for itself alone.
	COY FERGUSON Coy is one boy who believes in combining art and athletics, and is an adept at both. But he has a very retiring disposition, and even when he does emerge momentarily from his barrier of silence it is only to deprecate his own accomplishments. He has a buoyant, healthy attitude towards life. Bitter Truth: He likes to paint models from real life.
	JESSIE BUTLER, "Whew! I'm so warm." Cooking a delicious meal is a joke for Jessie. She loves to cook, and when it comes to making shirts and dresses, her knack with the needle is almost unsurpassable. She's neither large nor small, but just right and it brings success, it is told. Bitter Truth: is she always so quiet?
	DONALD JORDAN "Don" is a shark basketball and football player but refuses to admit it. He has a slender athletic build, an engaging personality, blue eyes and fawn ears, and yet doesn't like to talk about himself. He has been here four years, has pursued a commercial course, and intends to go to college. Bitter Truth: "Don's" hobby is drop kicking--ask Mr. Travis!
	ELIZABETH REED Elizabeth belongs to the species, Harmless Vamp. She has the usual characteristics of the type--tall and willowy figure, eyes under perfect control, and a manner to match. Thus she is biologically. Aquatically, she's the goldfish's fins--she likes H2O in quantities equal to Sand Springs lake. Bitter Truth: She can't be true to her name, she hates books.
	HELEN V. KELLOUGH Honk! Honk! Get out of the way of my Buick and me. Yes, it's Helen herself out for a spin in her graduation present. Helen takes all hills on high, neither does she slow down for studies [she stops]. She intends to continue her schooling at Vassar. Thus we conclude, a good girl for a good school. Bitter Truth: She may be fast when she goes past, but the cops are gonna slow her down.
	ROBERT GIDDENS Bob hails from Birmingham, Alabama, and has a southern accent. He is fond of athletics. Bob says he intends to go to Oklahoma University next year. The boy is a prospective member for a zoo, he once belonged to an owl club. Bitter Truth: His greatest ambition is to be a cave man.
	NETTIE WELCHER Nettie is the little girl with the big dimples. She is one whom words never fail. A veritable chatter-box, so they say. One may see her bobbing along beside her friend Esther Hershkovitz, or--say Harry Berry. Her eyes sparkling, her cheeks glowing and her tongue going. Bitter Truth: She rides a horse--Prince of Wales fashion.
	GEORGE GOODALE School Life, Indian Club. George belongs to our Indian Club and as far as we know, he is chief sheik. He spends his school hours shadowing Mr. Rau, and his spare time chasing news for the Tulsa Daily World. One thing George never worries about is time, his motto being "time flies, but George never will." Bitter Truth: He joined the Indian Club and became a "dumb-bell."
	EUNICE FAYE CHURCH Aquatic Club. "There was once a little girl and she had a little curl, right in the middle of her forehead," and it is plastered down as tight as it can be. Eunice likes swimming and horse-back riding. No better critic of the latest bill at the Orpheum can be found. Bitter Truth: She uses axle grease to keep her curl in place.
	GEORGE GATES T-Club, Football, Basketball, Athletic Assn. George is a "he-man" who gave the ladies a wide berth rather than risk his chances of getting a football berth. Teachers as well as students seldom miss an opportunity of "putting in a good word" for George. We feel safe in predicting for him a brilliant college career. Bitter Truth: George has an adorable voice.
	HAZEL AUXIER Girl Reserve. Hazel, with her curly locks and love for red, reminds one of "Red Riding Hood." If you are ever in deep water and want help, don't call Hazel; for she couldn't help you any. She likes music, but above all things, horse-back riding. Bitter Truth: Hazel shuns the old swimming hole like a small boy does the bath-tub.
