I divided the map into nine sections for scanning. These map images are very large. The size is necessary for
you to be able to read the names on the images. The lower resolution images are 150 dpi. They must be at least at this resolution for you to be able to read them. You are unable to do much zooming in at this resolution without losing detail. The higher resolution images are 300 dpi. It is very easy to see all the detail at this resolution, even when you zoom in. However the higher resolutions will take longer to download. If you have a dial-up modem, you will have to decide whether or not it is worth it for you to download the images. |
