Obituary of Jerome William Loffer
from the Shelton Clipper

Jerome William Loffer was born at Whitetown, Indiana, November 3, 1853 and died at Shelton August 6, 1918. He spent his boyhood days in Indiana and Wisconsin, coming to Iowa in 1865. He was married to Eliza Mullin in Dunlap, Iowa in 1880, and the family came to Nebraska in 1896, locating in the community north of Shelton. In 1908 they removed to Eddyville where they have since resided. Mrs. Loffer died March 14, 1916.

He is survived by six children:

• Harry Loffer, Eddyville, Nebr.
