The only mistake I corrected, was in Lizzie's daughter, Ida's married name.


"Lizzie S. Wilson was born at Glasgow, Scotland January 17, 1866. She died at her home at Waterford, New York August 14, 1926. The body was returned to Shelton for burial.

"She came to this country with her parents in 1878 and they located on a farm in Hamilton County, Nebraska. On July 4, 1883, she was united in marriage to Judson H. Sober, the ceremony being performed in a small town near Aurora. In 1884 they came to Shelton and lived on a farm. She was the mother of 10 children, 8 of whom survive her. One son, Aaron, died here May 5, 1908, at the age of 20 years; another son, Fred E. who was with the U.S. forces in France during World War I and was reported missing in action August 8, 1918.
