            In the name of God Amen I Andrew Collins the Subscriber of Kent County Delaware do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following.
           First- I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife Martha Collins my Executrix of this my last will and testament.
           Second- I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Martha Collins all and singular my estate both personal and real to her and her heirs forever to do with as she thinks proper after paying my funeral Expenses, all my just debts, and one dollar to my beloved daughter Sarah J. now wife of Levin Todd and one dollar to my beloved son John A. Collins. Witness my hand and seal the sixteenth day of December Eighteen hundred and thirty Eight in the presence of the witnesses.
