Caroline County to wit, Levin Todd and Bennett Todd Executors of Benjamin Todd late of Caroline County, deceased.
To balance due to the deceased's estate, as per first & final account of administration exhibited into the Registry of the Orphans Court of the County aforesaid on the ninth day of June Anno Domini Eighteen hundred and forty, amounting to the sum of $620.05
Distribution thereof agreeably to the deceased's will (Viz)
To Bennett Todd (one of these accountants) son of the deceased, a legacy of one brown horse called Jackson which was not appraised in the deceased's estate, also one bed & furniture appraised in the deceased's estate at $22.00, also one cider mill and apparatus thereunto belonging appraised in the deceased's estate at $10.00, also one copper still and apparatus thereunto belonging appraised in the deceased's estate at $15.00, also one Gig and harness appraised in the deceased's estate at $100.00, and also one ox cart appraised in the deceased's estate $25.00              $172.00
To Mary Bullen a legacy of one cow appraised in the deceased's estate at         $12.00
To Mary Hubbard, daughter of the deceased a legacy of                                       $50.00
To Airey Ann Meloney, daughter of the deceased a legacy of                              $50.00
To Ann Maria Wootters, daughter of the deceased a legacy of                              $50.00
To Mary Hubbard, Elizabeth Willis, Airey Ann Meloney & Ann Maria
Wootters
children of the deceased the residue of the above balance to be equally
divided between them, is to each of them the sum of $71.51 1/4                         $286.05
