Before the subscriber, a Justice of the Peace in & for said County personally came William McCleery and James S. Colescott who being by me duly sworn on their oath solemnly saith that they will faithfully and impartially appraise all the personal property belonging to the estate of James Swiggett, late of said County deceased that shall be shown them by Elijah Barwick, administrator of the estate of said deceased at its cash value to the best of their knowledge judgment being appointed to appraise the personal estate of said deceased by said administrator. Sworn before me this 20th day of Nov. AD 1838 Elijah Barwick, JP. Wm M. McCleery, J. S. Coalscott.
