I being weak in Bodday But perfect in mind, in the pressants of thes pressant Doe Bequeth to (Line in red is crossed out) my granddaughter Susanna Wall five acres of land on the North corner of my field and my grandson is to build a house in ????? order ??? and further I Doe Bequeth to my grand Son Jonathan Powell all the tract of land, tenements ????????? &tc where I now Resid(e) to him only By his Being Bound By thes pressant to take ??????? cair of his grand mother named Nancy Powell.

I, now this Being the 11th of September (October?) AD 1845, Doe alter and Say with witness pressant that my grand son Jonathan Powell is to pay Susanna Walls the sum of fifty Dollars and also my grand son is to pay my Son Samuel Powell the sum of one Hundred Dollars and here I conclud my wishs and Desire.

We the Subscribers appointed by the Register, Appraisers of the goods and chattels of Jonathan Powell Decest, Do on oath or Affirmation on and ??? affirmation Respectively, Say that the goods and chattels in this inventory have been appraised by us at the sums set Down against the same respectively And that said sums are according to the Best of our skill and judgment, the true value of said goods and chattels in money. Dated 3rd day of January 1846
