Church Records for the Year 1813

January Second Saturday 1813. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.
1st Dismist Naomi Cleark by letter.

February Second Saturday 1813. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.
1st appointed Ritchard Harper and Zachariah McCubbin to cite Sister Jane McCubbin to next meeting.

March Second Saturday 1813. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.
1st Dismist Henderson's Philis by letter and Elizabeth Markham by letter.
2nd Sister Jane McCubbin attended meeting and gave satisfaction.
3rd Elizabeth Day restord by recantation to her seat again.
Sunday William Kerby dismist by letter.

April Second Saturday 1813. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.
1st Appointed Joab Hill and John Neal to cite Sister Penney Hopson to attend next meeting.

May Second Saturday 1813. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.
1st The reference relative to Sister Penney Hopson referd to next meeting.

June Second Saturday 1813. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.
1st Sister Naomia Cleark returned her letter to the church again.
2nd In consequence of a contradiction arising between Sister Sarah Jennings and Sister Penney Hopson Brethren appointed to labour with them. Thomas Hurst and John Evans appointed.

July Second Saturday 1813. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.
1st The difficulty between Sister Sarah Jennings and Sister Penney Hopson got through.
2nd Bro. Rowleigh Shipley and John Evans appointed to cite Brother Hurst's Fanney to attend next meeting.

August Second Saturday 1813. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.
1st Received Joel and Patty Bronhams, Peggy Cooper and Hannah Hill by letter.
2nd Sister Fanney attended according to citation.
3rd Jane McCubbin excluded for saying she would not quit Acklin's company for to satisfy anybody for she loved him better than she did anybody else and for saying she could have no satisfaction so nor any old hell____(word caught in book-binding) and sundry things of the like nature.
4th Thomas Hurst and John Evans appointed Delegates to the Association.
5th Dismist Ruth Medcalf by letter.

September Second Saturday 1813. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.
1st Received Esther Bryant by letter.
2nd Dismist Harvy and Jane Cunningham by letter.

October Second Saturday 1813. Church met at Big Spring.

November Second Saturday 1813. Church met at Big Spring.

December Second Saturday 1813. Church met at Big Spring.
