Ofena is known as the oven of Abruzzi due to the suffocating heat in the summertime. Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, Ofena is a great place to make wine and oil. In addition to it's narrow ancient alleys and palaces, the houses are built among the rocks and are connected through arches. Ofena is really worth a visit.
