Henry Amelunke married first to Karolina von Lehle on March 2, 1858 with the ceremony being performed by Pastor E. Riedel, Minister of the Lutheran Church. This is the same Caroline that is shown with Henry on the 1860 Cape Girardeau City census records and should not be confused with Henry's third wife Karoline Krieger whom he married in 1865.

Henry Amelunk, age 28, Male, Cooper, born Hannover.
Caroline Amelunk, age 30, female, born Hannover.
Just to clarify further, this cannot be the Johann "Heinrich" Amelunke of Gordonville, MO as he has children by his first wife, Hanna Overfelt, ranging from 1856 through 1867 and worked as a farmer. Heinrich Andreas Amelunke, however, immigrated to Cape Girardeau around 1850 when he was about 18 years old and worked as a Cooper.
Henry's second marriage occurred on June 19, 1861, to Wilhelmine Woelkener with the ceremony being performed by Pastor E. Riedel, Minister of the Lutheran Church. Again, Johann "Heinrich" Amelunke of Gordonville, is still married to Hanna Overfelt, so this is Heinrich Andreas Amelunke again.
Henry's third marriage was to Karoline Krueger on November 30, 1865 and his last marriage was to Julia Koechig on April 27, 1883, the former wife of August Witzel who died in 1947. Julia lived 8 years past Henry's death in 1891.
