| Miss Bertha Ruess graduated from the Mansfield High School. She has taken Chautauqua courses and a pedagogical course at O.S.U. Miss Ruess holds a state life certificate in Ohio and is a member of the board of control of the state Teachers' Reading Circle. She has taught in the Mansfield Public Schools since 1894 has had charge of the German department in the High School. | ||||
