| Miss Dorothy Waugh graduated from the Mansfield High School. She studied in Oberlin College over a year. In Ypsilanti Normal School and in Chautauqua she took several summer courses. She has taught in the Mansfield schools for thirteen years and is at present general substitute as well as the Principal's Assistant. | ||||
