Michael Dean Gottfried
Lima, Allen County, Ohio
Former Lima resident, Michael Dean Gottfried, 32, who had been residing in Jacksonville, N. C., died at 6:30 a.m. Saturday, January 7, 1984 following a short illness.
He was born Sept. 22, 1951, in Lima, the son of Homer Lee and Mary Mack Gottfried. His mother survives in Lima. He married Gretchen K. Karr, who also survives.
Mr. Gottfried was an accountant manager with Grothall American Corp., Jacksonville, N.C.
Survivors also include three brothers, William Gottfried, Homer Gottfried, and James Gottfried, all of Lima; and five sisters, Judy Yodder of Naples, Florida, Carroll James of Bellefontaine, Barbara Simmons, Diane Marshall, and Donna Frederick, all of Lima.
Arrangements are pending at Chiles and Sons-Lamon West Wayne Street Chapel, with assistance from Jones Funeral Home of Jacksonville, N. C.
