WILLIE MARIE SPURLOCK,

82, died at 6:40 p.m. May 29, 2005, at Lost Creek Care Center.
   She was born Aug. 31, 1922, in Prestonburg, Ky., to Will and Hulda Hall Adams, who preceded her in death. On Nov. 20, 1943, she married John W. Spurlock, who died Nov. 4, 2002.
   Mrs. Spurlock was a homemaker.
   Survivors include a sister, Ada Legge of Ada; and numerous nieces and nephews.
   She was preceded in death by two brothers, Frank and Johncie Adams; and four sisters, Olga Alley, Ethel Adams, Julie Riggs and Ruth Boughman.
   Private services will be held. Entombment will be in Memorial Park Mausoleum.
   There will be no visitation.
