Jewell Joe Taylor
Jewell Joe Taylor, 65, of London, passed away Thursday at the
University of Tennessee Speciality Hospital. He was a son of the
late Edison Taylor and Nona Rice Taylor.
> He is survived by his children, Kathy Vernice Browning, Karen
Sue Honeycutt, Carla Joe Smith and Clifton Jerome Taylor;
stepchildren, Janie and Brian Shaffer, Jennifer Shirley and Mike
Setser; ex-wife, Dorothy Thomas; one brother, Cliff Taylor; one
sister, Lula Kendrick; 17 grandchildren. Services were conducted
Tuesday at the Living Waters Pentecostal Church in Bimble. Burial
was in Norvell Cemetery in Laurel County. Arrangements were by
Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home in Corbin. This has been a courtesy
